Pneumatic Actuated High Temperature Flanged Ball Valve
A high temperature Pneumatically actuated flanged PN16 or ANSI 150 ball valve suitable for more arduous applications. The full bore, 3 piece valve comes in stainless steel with options for various end connections, Carbon filled reinforced PTFE seat and seal.
The valve is fitted to a powerful pneumatic spring return or double acting actuator via a heat dissipating extension (TSM).
Configurable options include limit switches, solenoid valves and positioners.
In addition, our pneumatic quarter turn rack and pinion actuator is sized with a 30% safety factor built-in, requiring a pilot pressure of 5.5 Bar and benefits from a Namur interface for both pilot solenoid valve and switchbox.
